Alright, I recently bought a game from flebay. It was advertised as "Mint / Like New".
Upon receiving the item today, I noticed a hole and clear worn signs on the case. The seller bought the item from GameStop, and I would not be surprised if GameStop sold the game to him as "New" in the condition he is selling it to me.
Anyway, I contacted the seller and this is the 2 responses I got after my initial email:
I am disappointed too. I sold this for less than I bought it for just a
short time ago and made sure to only charge exact shipping costs, even if it meant refunding only a small amount of change. I guess I am going to have to start advertising that collectors need not bid as collectors are never easy to please. Just mail it back, packed as it was, with the disc in the same, scratch-free condition, if you are that unhappy.
It is mint/like new. How can it not be mint/like new? The game disc has no
scratches and it was purchased off the shelf directly from Gamestop. The
game was never played and only was off the shelf a very short time. This game is brand new. I never stated it was sealed, nor did I state is was in collectable condition. If you don't want it, mail it back and I will refund your payment.
With all that said, would you consider this item as being Like New / Mint? Or am I just really anal?

Here are pictures of the hole.
