Haha, tag sale. I've only seen one other one for trade/sale on here, checked ebay, half, amazon, nothing, googled it and came up with one guy in Great Britain trying to sell it for like 1600 pounds.
I have no idea, but it really doesn't feel like a skin at all. Like, when you run your fingers over it, it bubbles out over the system. It's got a raised surface.
The kid I bought it from said it was from E3.

They don't hand out systems at E3 and it's not exactly set up to be a store so... nice try.

Lol yeah I don't blame you man someone might do it but as awesome as Saint's row is I doubt it. Good luck man I'd defintely reccomend dropping the $60 for it. You wont regret it one bit.
