Wow....Shrek 3 is getting some bad reviews

Little fun fact for you. I was at the store tonight. A case of beef jerky had Shrek on the side. So they're really milking it. I think the people that eat beef jerky aren't in the Shrek demographic.
 
Took the kiddos definetly the weakest movie of the three. It ended decently while the seconed third of the movie dragged

Very true, and I've heard that while it's not as good as the first, it's definitely better than the second. I'm only seeing it because two of my favorite actors are in it, honestly (Jack Davenport and Geoffrey Rush), as I really felt ripped off by the second film. Even then I might not see it opening week.
 
haah shrek is going the way of spiderman. man the spiderman 3 movie sucked ass-- good thing i didn't pay to see it. if it goes anyway like spiderman, for some reason unknown it will do better than the previous 2 movies. It seems that people just want to see it even if they know it isnt up to par with the formers...

The babies will have to be a part of the movie, which wouldn't be good at all

I have a feeling that out of the big movies shrek spiderman and pirates there all gonna disapoint ..and transformers is gonna be great.

And im not even a transformers fan just a guess im having.

I kind of expected Shrek 3 to not be that great. Maybe a good idea twice, but now it's just getting old. Also, I didnt enjoy Spider-Man 2, thought it was over-hyped and extremely boring. Spider-Man 3 can't be any worse than that.

QFT--I've never seen so many people split over a movie than I did with POTC 2. I thought it was horrendous--I almost fell asleep. It felt like it was 4 hours long, and Depp's character was toned down way too much.

Ya I saw it in theatres and hated it, then rented to see it with the gf and it was worse than I remembered, like probably the worst of '06

Such a terrible movie I cant beliueve I wasted 8.75 for it, and 2 1/2 hours of my time, I almost left when emo spidy came on, I had to try hard not to hurl.

I'm not surprised ... the first one was extremely overrated, and I didn't even bother with the second because of that.
