May I ask why you are interested in an intercooler? External fans just limit the circulation of air, actually making the over-heating problem worse.

If you're still looking for a intercooler, read my first post.

The main reason intercoolers have been letting people down is because they've been breaking consoles. Any intercooler that plugs in between the power cord and the console is going to suck needed joules from the console.

The end result is that the processor doesn't have enough juice to correctly calculate commands. You get distorted graphics during play, corrupt game save files, (and on the xbox 360) the red ring of death.

The only way I know around this is to not use ANY cooling fan that will sap electricity from your console.
