WTB: Cheap Dreamcast w/ AV Cables

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a Sega Dreamcast system on the cheap. I'm looking to spend between $20-30, and I need to get a pair of AV cables with it. Anything else isn't really necessary.

Need one of the models that read CD-Rs. Hope I can find someone selling one. Thanks!
