WTB:looking to buy an boxed famicom toploader system w/the nes converter

would like to buy it for 45shipped

so i can play nes games on it

and I'm aslo looking for the famicom handhle system too

Yes because they only produced millions of them so if you don't open it for 10 years you will be rich.
 
The top loader goes for a little more than that, but if you just want to play the games there are some cool alternatives out. There are some neat items like the tri star converter for the N64 , which plays NES, SNES games through the 64. And some other cool things like after market NES game players and such at

Seriously, how much does a toploading NES go for? Also, does anyone have that TriStar thing? I'm mainly interested in being able to play my NES games without the hassle of the blinks and the freezes...

Yes 10 years will become rare/valuable because god produced millions over the course of history so if you don't open it for 10 years you will be rich.
 
The Tri-Star Converter is gizmo is kind of neat, but damn is that thing ever expensive. You could buy a US Super Nintendo and Japanese Neo Fami system for less $100. Of course if playing both Japanese and US games on both SNES and NES is important to you, you could do a lot worse than this converter (if it actually works as described).

Apparently its on the rare side, and I have seen them go for around $145. I would like to pick up one on the cheap also!
