WTB Oblivion, Dead Rising Guide

Hey there again folks, I am looking to pick up Oblivion for 360 and/or the guide for Dead Rising ASAP, so shoot me a PM if you have either one (espically the guide, I am getting the game in the next few days and would like to have it on hand).
