WTB: PSP System 1.5

I've got a 1.5 PSP, core system (32 MB card, wrist strap, power cord, headphones w/ clicker, soft case) and 3 games:

Lumines
Mega Man Mavrick Hunter X
WSOP

I'm more looking to trade all of that for a good XBOX, but I'll entertain an offer if you want to make one.
 
I can give you $160 for the core system, already got a copy of Lumines and not into poker on a console...

I know 2.71 can be downgraded but some people have 2.8
 
I have a 1.5 System. In Mint Shape. Includes 256 MB Sony Card along with the 32MB Sony Card. 2 Movies Include Coach Carter and Elf. 2 games include Need for Speed Rivals and ATV Off-road fury. Let me know what you think.
 
Where exactly in SoCal are you? My cousin is looking to get rid of his for $175 flat; no dead pixels or anything. For pics and more information, CML. If you're interested and close by. Maybe we can meet up and you can have a closer look at the system yourself; also it'd take away the hassle of dealing with shipping costs.
