Had to snatch that up at that price. Sucks i have to drive like 4-5 miles to get it because the store near me never has shit
You have stores within 4-5 miles of one another? Weird!
I stopped this video right after the host said, "Mini-games that take longer to load than to play." That made up my mind right there.

All I want in a Rabbids game anymore is the on-rails plunger shooting portion. If they could recreate that Gunslinger-style with Kinect, I'd be in.
If that's the case, someone smart enough would install the game on the hard drive and then report if it loads faster, about the same, or made it worse. No one has yet to give feedback. http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=202456
Just wait till they gotta start charging sales tax in all states that have a sales tax.
That's exactly what I mean but couple people are laughing at my comment. I'm in one of the highly populated states, CA, and I already know I will shop a lot less once tax kicks in.

It would appear that I'm in the minority, or maybe I'm the only one buying it for a kid, but I played the demo with my 5 year old son, and 3 year old daughter, and I actually thought the very basic minigames were fun. It's not as polished or creative as Happy Action Theater, but to flail around with a couple of kids, while virtual bunnies get slapped, kicked and stomped, proved to be quite fun for us. My son still asks me if we can play it, but I deleted the demo so I kept telling him no. $5 shipped is worth it even if we play it for 30 minutes and never touch it again.
$5 is the right price. bought.
agreed. Five spot and free shipping! Deal. The kids enjoyed the demo. I do not expect this to be the quality of AAA title, just good enough to warrant the low cost of entry. Getting any game under 5 dollars is no easy task so if it is 4.99 I
Torn on getting this, $5 is a nice price, but its a $20 retail game my kids can live without. Anyone know when the sale price ends?
11:59pm Saturday.
My standards are low tonight due currently watching Alien: Resurrection for the first time.
I thought Alien: Res was interesting, because Joss Whedon wrote it and you can see a bit of a proto-Firefly in the salvage crew characters. Other than that, yeah, totally unnecessary necro of the franchise.

Back on topic... I got a kick out of the original Raving Rabbids and Rabbids Go Home, heck the Rabbids in general are funny. Although I was glad they were left out of Rayman Origins. Torn on this one though, even at $5, because of the spotty Kinect responsiveness.

If you guys are really that worried this game isn't worth the $5, you could always sell it back to Best Buy through their trade in. It trades in for $8 + 50% = $12, and extra 10% for GCU. Making it $12.80. So you could always "rent" it for a (-$7.80)

Well, I decided to order it. I had some credit left from trading in some games, and it seems good enough to justify $5.
My son and I are having a blast with this game. Well worth the $5.
How old is your boy? My boy is about 4 and was wondering of its something he could play easily with me.

it is only $5, if you don't like it. you can always trade it back in. there is $8 tiv for it. so they are basically paying you to buy it, LOL

He's 10, and he usually doesn't like Kinect all that much.
For some reason the sensor has a hard time picking up his movements. Which is odd, because he is quite tall for his age. Most of the Kinect games have been frustrating for him, however this one seems to work pretty well. I'd say if your son likes Kinect Adventures, he would probably like this.
There were a few of the Mini games he didn't like, but most of them he did. We were pretty worn out after a few of them.
Hey, for $5 I'll give almost anything a try.

My 3 and 5 year olds both enjoyed the demo which is why I jumped on the game for $5 when I saw it. I would fully expect him to have fun with it...at least the 2-3 mini-games that were in the demo.

got mine in the mail earlier. Some games have some crappy detection but majority dont and I dont think the load times are as bad as some say. For $5 I'm having fun with it.

Can someone confirmed for me if the UPC code for this game is 008888526964? Not sure if the Bestbuy exclusive and the standard edition has the same upc code. Thanks.

I tried on Half.com instant sale and it came up as the same as the standard.

Speaking of UPCs. Does anyone know if the Final Fantasy XIII-2 that has the Novella included has the same UPC as the one without? I ordered a copy from BestBuy last week and they sent me one without. If it has the same UPC I'll take it to the store and exchange it.

Edit: Damn! Half.com shows them with different UPCs.
