All Oblivion DLC is half price except the horse armour which is double price.
SO for 1600 points (20 dollars ) you can get both Knights of The Nine and The Shivering Isles.
Oh BTW if someone out there has 200 points that they are not using would you please kindly give them to me , if its possible . I am 200 points short of buying Kinights of the Nine and would appreciate this very , very ,very much .
