Spec Ops is very much worth it. At first glance it seems like a typical TPS, and while it's true for the gameplay, this game has an amazing story that should not be missed, especially for $5. If you're looking to play the multiplayer, I don't know how popular it (I'd assume the population is very low).

I ended up picking up "Dead Rising 3" vanilla and am going to get the season pass with it.

My only complaint is I haven't opened my copy of "Dead Rising 3" and the case is mutilated without even being opened yet.  It's got two fucking punctures in the lower back.  I think it's from one of those cases and it's opener.

I will try to exchange it at Target without opening it for a NON-wrecked copy, unless anyone here has DR3 vanilla and that's the case with these DR3 cases in general.

 
Not a well known shooter but Spec Ops:The Line, did get some pretty good reviews from places like IGN and Eurogamer. Sounds like a morality tale type game. Anyone here have thoughts on it?
 
Spec Ops and Metal Gear Rising are no brainers if you don't have them....

One of the best plots of last gen in one and the best action game of last gen (imo) in the other.

 
Spec Ops is a solid if standard TPS when it comes to gameplay. What makes it shine is a truly unique storyline, very deep, shocking and unpredictable, and what starts as a standard ride will turn into a nightmare ride (in the best possible way for the player). The multiplayer is irrelevant, and I doubt anyone plays it still. But for that price? Play it. It's even a pretty easy 1000G.

So a little off topic but does anyone here have the xbone stereo headset? Thinking of ordering it for my soon to arrive console. Also would it work on the 360?
 
Just a couple questions that you guys may be able to answer:

1) If I buy one Burial at Sea 1 with one account and Burial at Sea 2 with my main account (the account that I bought Infinite with), are they compatible or will one not recognize the other?

2) How does Lego Harry Potter 1-4 compare to 5-7? I played 5-7 and enjoyed it quite a bit so I'm just wondering whether I should go back and buy the first one as well? Also, there's no voice acting correct?

Thats one of the few games I can get behind with a remaster. Only cause I never got to play it in full.
 
Been tempted on the Telltale Collection, but since I've played WD S1 and have WAU S1 and WD S2 on the 360 waiting to be played, I'll hold off on it until it reaches $45 or below or they delist everything I haven't bought yet and have money to burn,

Sleepings Dogs was a sleeper. Amazing game. One of the best of the year. You made a good purchase.

I was hoping to see a repeat for Tinanfall w/season pass for the One for 12.50 since I missed when it was that cheap over black Friday.
 
Bought nothing at all.. Trials w/season pass was so tempting at 20 but I completely forgot and it was too late when I checked. I regret not getting it, but I'm sure it'll be that cheap again in the future. Everything else didn't seem all that appealing to me or already had it. Ah well.

 
I'm glad to see the love from others towards Spec Ops. I bought it on day one for near full price. Normally I wouldn't buy SP only day one, but I really never regretted it. I thought the game was near perfect in every regard (graphics, story, gameplay, dialouge, etc). When a studio does a good job like they did, I'm okay with paying full price. Hopefully those of you who grabbed it have as much fun as I did with it.

Anyone here have CoD: Advanced Warfare on Xbox One? I bought the deluxe edition on Steam the day it came out and it's a ghost town now, despite it being a great game. I just got an Xbox One today and thinking about double dipping on that game, but only if it has a decent-sized community.

I've been playing it a ton lately and have had no problem finding any games. It was mainly TDM though but still got into matches easily when I tried other modes.

GTAV, Diablo UEEE, DAI, Fantasia, and Alien were all basically unplayed disc games that I traded and rebought.  Sleeping Dogs, LEGO Marvel and Sanctum 2 were all double dips from PS3/PS4.  I'm happy to have spent that money on quality games and get more than I paid for the discs but it certainly made spending all that money feel underwhelming.

Not close to Darby (I think that's who had 75) but puts me at 48 XB1 games and only four are disc based.  I really need to decide on whether I want a 2/3/4TB external since I have multiple games queued to download that won't fit.

Having some wierd issues on xbl now, nothing will download in my queue and alien froze on me and Dead Rising 3 wouldnt load up and it said ready to start too. My friend said he also has some issues too.
