They are mainly meant to be played with others but of the games included I guess you could enjoy You Don't Knlw Jack 2015 which is the meat and potatoes of the Jack pack anyways.
 
Rogue Legacy is coming to Xbox One later this year. It's one of the best Metroidvania/action platformers I've played. Here's my preview.

Puyo Puyo Tetris is an excellent puzzle game for Xbox One that's only available at Japanese retail. My guide tells you how to import (it's region-free) and what all the menus do.

Bought it on PC at release and then on PS4. I have played the crap out of both versions and now I will be very tempted to pick it up for X1 but I think I will just wait for the inevitable Games for Gold version unless there is something extra on X1.

Either way the game is amazing and those that have not played it should most certainly pick it up once it is released!

 
Does anyone know if I need to change anything on my xbox 360 after getting a new modem? I ask because I got a new one a few days ago, the first day live gave me no issues, but the last couple of days it keeps randomly disconnecting. When I first plugged it in I didn't receive any prompts to set up a new network or anything,

 
There is no cheaper alternative for the Mafia 2 DLC right? No complete edition or anything along those lines. Picked up Mafia 2 for something cheap on a recent sale. I think it was something like 2.99/3.99 so I'm assuming I should grab these DLCs and call it a sale.

 
Hopefully all the :xb1: deals leak early enough so I can decide on Terraria. If the sales are good are I'll pass on Terraria but If they are bad, I'll grab it. Anybody have thoughts on that game? Worth the $10 or should I just pass on it even If tomorrows sales are bad?

Terraria's like Minecraft in that it clicks for you or it doesn't, it devours your life or you play it for five minutes and never turn it on again.

My head may explode though if we lose a Superbowl to "Nice guy Pete" that we ran out of town before Belichick became coach

This is pretty spot on. I got hooked on Terraria for a bit though. I definitely got my moneys worth when I bought it a while back on the 360. It's pretty fun, especially in multiplayer.

The Platinum Hits version comes with all DLC. It even includes a previously PS3 exclusive DLC. I bought it cheap 3 years ago don't know what they go for now.

The Platinum Hits version comes with all DLC. It even includes a previously PS3 exclusive DLC. I bought it cheap 3 years ago don't know what they go for now.

How is the game? I got it on one of those sales a few months ago and never played it before I went next-gen. Same for a few others. Don't judge meh. haha

I did same thing lol. Was looking around after looking at the rogue legacy preview. Gotta say I can't wait for that game!! Just needs the release date then I'm good!

Anyone else looking forward to unlock at midnight? for me..resident evil!! Maybe for others its that or saints row.

 
Bought Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Dead Rising this morning. I already own disc versions of all three games but they seemed like games I would love to keep on the ol' 360 jukebox for the price.

I am so tempted to buy Puyo Puyo Tetris. It's not a bad price for an import either. As much as I love a good puzzle game though, the roughly $60 it costs to import has me on the fence right now. I almost ordered a copy from Play-Asia last week, but Nintendo had to go and announce a Majora's Mask New 3DS so I ended up buying one of those, which tied my gaming funds for the month up. I'll likely give into Puyo Puyo Tetris soon enough though.

It's a little more expensive than people are used to paying for puzzle games in the States, but it's a totally massive game with fully voice-acted story, etc. Just compare how much more content it has than the downloadable Tetris Evolution and you'll see why Sega went retail with it. Pretty cool to have the first Japanese Xbox One retail exclusive so far, complete with lovely full-color instruction manual that I mostly can't read. :)

 
Damn I miss instruction manuals with color. I still have the Dragon Warrior manual that Nintendo sent me even though I didn't even have the game. I dread an all digital future.

Not to mention Tetris Evolution isn't exactly the best version of Tetris either. I'm definitely going to pick this up in the near future, I am going to force myself to beat a few games currently on plate first and reward myself with Puyo Puyo Tetris. I think my girlfriend will also love it. Personally I am very familiar with the Puyo Puyo series and have played them in the past, but my girlfriend is only familiar with Tetris. I think she will enjoy the quriky Japanese madness that is Puyo Puyo.

 
I'll be happy with Watchdogs dropping to $20 w/ the Season Pass combined. Or if Madden 15, NHL 15, BF4 Premium Edition, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, or Metal Gear Solid 5 Grounded Zeros drops in price significantly. Anyone having trouble with EA's FIFA 15? I cannot get the servers to work on my PC or X1 to setup a security code. Idk if I should call EA so I can get my FUT gold card packs included in the holiday bundle or call Microsoft for a partial refund or a full refund?

 
As for the sales these week, they'd be pretty stupid to NOT at least put Madden on a really good sale.  Next week would be good but IMO this week would be better and possibly even keep it on sale through next week.

As for bandwagon fans, I'm so sick of this lately.  EVERY team that does good amassed bandwagon fans.  Now, there are clearly some exceptions were teams definitely did not have a strong fanbase and then got one after doing well.  One of those exceptions would be the Patriots FOR SURE.  On a national level, the Seahawks are probably in that category now.

However it's PART OF THE GAME even for teams like the Pats and Seahawks.  Teams that do will not only attract fans that are new to the sport, but the attract casual fans or fans that don't have a strong loyalty elsewhere.  It's just the way it is, if you can't accept that then I'm not sure why you're watching professional sports.  And to just blanket a team's fanbase and bandwagoners is ridiculous.  Unless you follow the team which is closest to you, then even YOU yourself are a bandwagon fan at least a little.  

For me I like the Seahawks and have since about 1992 when I first started watching football.  I used to also like the 49ers a lot and that wasn't a problem being that back then the Seahawks were in the AFC.  When they made the move to the NFC and specifically the west I obviously had a hard choice to make.  I'm from the east coast by the way, but where I grew up and even where I am now I have TONS of teams around me.  Philly, Pittsburgh, Washington, Baltimore and even the NY teams are all pretty close to me.  I made the decision to pick a team I liked based on other reasons (at the time the Seahawks were underdogs yet had the aura of the 12th man...the 49ers who didn't like Montana and Rice?).  Should also be said when I first started watching football I didn't even know the 49ers were good and the Seahawks were underdogs, these are just decisions I made very early on before I even fully understood football and they stuck.

Seattle does have a fair amount of bandwagon fans, but so does any team that starts winning that doesn't have a history of going anywhere. I've been rooting for them since the 90's and there were some pretty lean years.

On a different note, still haven't received a message from MS on the free month of gold. I played a few matches (with achievements to boot) in mid November and am starting to wonder....Really not worried about the free month of gold, I just want to make sure I qualify for ODST.

 
Well I'm throwing my hands up on the Evolve beta after a half hour of trying to play it.  After stupid long loading it keeps putting me in games that are already full then making me wait to try and join a new game.
