unbelievable! These fucking assholes at The Coalition are removing ALL MODES besides Execution from Competitive in Gears Remastered and moving them over to Social. Meaning if you want the Seriously achievement, you had better be a fucking pro to get the kills you need. They're moving Blitz to Social and removing KOTH entirely. So pissed right now! The fvck are they doing?

DAMN they should've done that from the start!!! the part about execution only counting towards seriously, it was way to easy doing it in KOTH or BLITZ. It should be in execution/warzone/assassination only. I find it odd it's only execution in competitive now, sure no other modes?

and any talks of adding guardian? or 5 vs 5? I remember them messing with 5 v 5 in the beta and the maps are def set up for 5 vs 5, slightly larger then the originals.

 
the only solution is to have the Seriously achievement count in SOCIAL modes now too. That is the only way I'll hang on to the game and keep playing. Otherwise I'm trading this fuckshit in ASAP.

 
Gears 1 is my all-time favorite online game. I love, love, love me some Gears 1. UE though, I dunno what it is, but man..anytime I play it the gnasher is the most inconsistent thing I've ever seen before.

On a side note, if anyone is looking for an Elite Pro controller, Best Buy has them back in stock. Ordered one because I don't know why.

I guess if you don't care about achievements and you want to play on a semi-pro level with ESports settings, then yeah, its a good thing.

For the rest of us, of which there are very, very many, who don't take the game quite that seriously (heh) and really just want to get the Re-Up and Seriously achievements while having fun doing so....it sucks ass.

 
Im going to replay walking dead season 1 before finally getting around to season 2. Especially since it was free with gold this month. The thing is, i never bought season 2 because it annoyed me that after i bought season 1 they released the 'complete' edition with the 400 days added on months later. So my question is this:
Is it safe to just pick up walking dead season 2, or is there going to be a 'complete' version later on? Was there even any DLC for season 2 like there was for season 1?

It's honestly amazing how much they fucked this game up. I've been playing a gears game several times a week since 2011 and I'm at the point where I dunno if I even want Gears 4 anymore.

 
Seriously. Everything remotely related to Halloween is on sale this week, but Painkiller Hell & Damnation NEVER goes on sale? $30 is too goddamn much for an old game the bastards only released digital while the UK got a disc.

 
Unless I didn't see it last night, there is no place to see all the online members of our clan within the game itself. You can see who's online from your friends list, but there is no option to see clan members only. So I guess I need to add a bunch you to my friends list.

Me and my main CAG-bro MrshllJcb played three rounds of Warzone last night, and it is pure chaotic fun. Will be even greater with the full CAG crew. Hope to see a lot of you out there tonight.

If we only talked about the XBL deals the thread would be empty for like 5 days out of the week. But there is a linked post only option you can use to filter out everyone aside from Bloomy and Blinknot.

As for Halo, game is pretty slick. After Blink and I played Warzone I played a few rounds of Team Swat and it was excellent as well. No connection issues all night either.

Hurt my knee at basketball the other day so had to take today off to see the doctor. Luckily that also gives me lots of time to play Halo as well. There's a silver lining in everything

I'm a total wimp about scary games. I started playing Dead Space, got like two levels in, put it down because it was pretty scary. Picked it up again about 6 months later, finished the game, then finished it again only using the Plasma Cutter (starting gun), then finished it a third time on Impossible difficulty. It's one of the best games of all time IMO.

Jeez after seeing Halo 5 get a cut to $40 on NewEgg I am starting to rethink my purchase at BBY. Only issue was I used those $5 promo GC that expire on 11/10 and I do not want to lose them.  I hope this does not mean the TIV is going to tank fast.

You can sort them various ways but yeah you still pretty much go to my games and apps in pins and go rb to move across. There's also a current bug that if your scrolling with the stick it skips all the way to the end if you hold it. So if that isn't changed, don't hold it or it gets annoying quick.

I am not sure how this changes the fast drop in price. Even if I buy it to keep forever the fact it got a $20 off sale on Day 1 makes my CAG sense perk up. If I can wait 3 weeks till Black Friday and buy it for $32 after GCU then I would rather do that. Like I said though I am stuck because I have no idea where the $15 in promo codes I used will go if I return the game.

They will be returned to your account but it wont be instant by any means.

Personally I doubt the game will be that cheap during BF. I would get it now, enjoy the MP since it will be thriving.

But the games are fun. Especially when you play 3 forward with 4 players. The larger, more open sections can be really interesting to tackle with pairs and splitting up, even more so with some or all skulls on. Warthog sections with two hogs driving around are some of the best times to have in the campaign.

It's why Spartan Ops was one of the things I enjoyed most about Halo 4 (so long as players didn't quit out).

 
The developers of that Knight Squad game just announced that it comes out on 11/16 - which lines up perfectly with that GWG leak from yesterday.

I am going to keep it. This site has just made me stupid about prices. I have no issue dropping $10 on lunch but if a game ends up $10 cheaper after a month it makes me nuts. I really need to just learn to let it go. It is not even a money issue either since I have plenty of disposable income. I have become obsessed with the "deal".

You can always ask gamers here to play. I'm sure there are people who either just prefer playing against AI or just want help through the higher difficulties.

I was trying to play through Halo 4 with people from the site to see if it would change my experience with the game (I just didn't like it). I think we made it through half the campaign but never finished it. There were times of a lot of lag as we played, so I think it just turned everyone off from it.

I still wish the matchmaking Reach offered for that campaign was something they brought forward. It often had lots of people quitting it, but it was something I enjoyed playing when competent players stuck around.

 
Why the hell is there so much Halo in this topic? There's no digital deals for Halo. It's MSRP or find a disc cheaper for the foreseeable future. It doesn't belong in an XBL deals thread.

Seriously? Spartan Ops was TERRIBLE! Firefight on ODST/Reach was way better. Obviously, I'm not alone in that opinion, since there's no Spartan Ops in Halo 5. I think 343 actually got so butthurt that people prefer firefight they didn't put any co-op in Halo 5. Same reason they gave us ODST in MCC without firefight.

Why the hell is there so much Halo in this topic? There's no digital deals for Halo. It's MSRP or find a disc cheaper for the foreseeable future. It doesn't belong in an XBL deals thread.

Seriously? Spartan Ops was TERRIBLE! Firefight on ODST/Reach was way better. Obviously, I'm not alone in that opinion, since there's no Spartan Ops in Halo 5. I think 343 actually got so butthurt that people prefer firefight they didn't put any co-op in Halo 5. Same reason they gave us ODST in MCC without firefight.
