Elder Scrolls Online crown packs are 40% off. Snagged the 5500 crown pack for $23.99. Already had 1050 crowns. So, bought Orsinium for 3000, and have 3550 left over for future DLC. Had about $14 in live money, so after tax only cost me a little over $11. Not a bad deal for what will equate to 2 DLC packs and spare crowns for ESO.

I had a decent haul this year considering I had originally planned to buy nothing. Through buying collections I've gotten

My One is taking for god damned ever to download games, I don't think it's downloading overnight when it's off. I've looked up online and it seems like others are having this issue, but doesn't seem like there are any solutions. Any thoughts? It's not on power save mode and I made sure the "Hard drive set to off" option or whatever it was is unchecked.

 
Grabbed the Wolfenstein bundle even though I already had the Old Blood digitally. I wanted The New Order digitally so I figured this was a good time considering it was $20 a couple of weeks ago.

I want Witcher 3 digitally but wondering if I should wait for the end of the year sale as I have to still pre-order JC3.
 
I don't know if its the lackluster deals or sheer boredom, but I'm trying to talk myself into the Gears & Forza 6 combo pack at $65.

I mean, I should get $10 back for that in mid-January via Reward Points, right?

(4000 reward points for Gears and 6000 reward points for Forza 6)

...So I can kinda-sorta say its basically $55 plus tax....

Thanks I'll let some of my friends know.

I'm really liking Orsinium so far and it has a ton more content than last DLC. Quality of the quests, caves, and dungeons are much better than the base game. I just get ESO plus and try to finish them before the month is over, but housing should be coming out soon (I hope). That's definitely a dlc I'll want to keep forever.
 
Did I miss something with Wolfenstein? Everyone raves about that game and I found it to be just like every other shooter. I know it supposedly gets better after the first mission but I found that that first mission put me off to wanting to play it any further. 

I suppose if I didn't like base Wolfenstein, Old Blood would do nothing for me correct?

What's worse is that I hated the Gears games and I'm considering jumping on the bundle simply because it represents a better value than Forza 6 on its own. Not to mention that I've hardly touched 5 and I just picked up Horizon 2, but my friend that has 6 keeps saying how much better it is and I'm so tempted to feed my hungry, hungry backlog.

If you only played the first mission you did it wrong.

The game literally changes it's entire story and tone after that.

Right. I, too, have never really been a huge fan of either franchise much myself. So there's no logical reason for me to jump on the bundle just because its on 'sale.'

And because I already digitally purchased Halo 5: Guardians and Rare Replay in the summer, I know that I could then rationalize Rise of the Tomb Raider as being $25 off to complete the Microsoft 5-game reward mission. This - even though I have been planning to play RotTR on PC when it arrives next year. I hope I at least show the discipline to wait for a RotTR price drop at the inevitable Countdown to 2016 sale.

I didn't like New Blood either. Wasn't bad, but way too long. Old Blood feels much better.
 
Apparently, the file sizes on both Wolfenstein games for Xbox One are 30+ gb each. Not planning to buy a hard drive right now so that's out. Probably going for Counterstrike GO and the Injustice season pass on 360. I always enjoyed playing Counterstrike on the original Xbox with bots back in the day.
 
For some reason, some games are significantly cheaper on the Indian marketplace.

ESO is $16.19 US and Far Cry Gold Edition is similarly priced.

My machine is having a hell of a time staying connected lately. Crappy Twitch quality, games will keep connecting/disconnecting. I picked up WWE tonight at BB and it won't let me download created stuff. The bar flickers a lot and fills about 75% before acting like nothing happened. I need my Sasha, and Jordan + Gable.

My 7yo was playing the Minecraft trial on my 360, and "accidentally" purchased it. What sucks is I had planned to get it for her for xmas. I'm assuming it's now tied to my acct and console because even though it was never downloaded on my console, the purchase essentially upgraded my trial that was downloaded.

I've read a little about license or content transfers. Is it possible for me to transfer the license for Minecraft to her console from mine without me having to transfer the licenses for all my other games as well? Really don't want to have to re-buy this, I'm never going to play it.

 
Not a total letdown on the sale, but I expected we would see Gears for sale on its own. I figured I alone had doubled the odds of that happening when I bought a code from Amazon earlier.

You can sign into her console as a guest, keep your console as your primary console, and then she can play all your games. Or maybe its the other way around not sure but play around with it, two xbox consoles can share accounts and share all the games, just DLCs usually require you to rebuy them and aren't shareable.

Nah, you can't transfer a single license, it's all or nothing. You're either stuck transferring all licenses or rebuying it on her account or a physical copy. You can try customer service to get a refund, but they probably won't do it.

You can license transfer once every 3 months on 360. Just login with your account, license transfer under settings and redownload Minecraft (it'll just update your license).

EDIT: didn't see your last question. No, you can't, you have to license transfer everything. But, as long as you're connected to Live with your account, you can play any of your digital games on your console.

I played it for about 1/2 HR, to get the wayshrine, so I know how to get back there. You're right, everything looks to be higher quality with this DLC pack versus the base game and the Cyrodill pack.

The best thing about Wolfenstein is the fact that you can play it in almost any way. If you want to go crazy and gun everyone down, do that. Want to play stealthy and shank everyone? You can do that too. It was a great game with a pretty good story for a shooter IMO. The only thing it suffered from is it felt like it dragged at the end too much.

 
So Arkham Knight Season Pass is now on sale $25.99.  Still too steep even with a $20 vanilla copy on the way but I want the achievements they piecemeal throughout the DLC.  Should have just waited for the 10/10 GOTY version.

$25 ain't bad. Now would be a good time to get it, with Season Of Infamy dropping next month. Plus you can run around Gotham in the 89 Keaton suit which is just too sweet.
 
^Only issues are you can't use the full extent of that, and a few other Batmobiles because they aren't made for Battlr Mode. Nonetheless, awesome. Batfleck suit is sweet, FYI.

Yeah, was struggling with this.

Arkham Knight is $15 at MS Store after $10 GC. I know a GOTY version is probably inevitable (Origins still never got one in the States), but they only recently lowered Arkham Knight's price from $60 to $50, how much would a GOTY edition even cost? $60? Even with GCU, you'd have to wait for a decent sale.

December is supposedly the last month they're releasing content. Decisions, decisions.

MKX is a no-brainer to say no to though, given the 2 $30 Season Passes.

I'm guessing I can't be logged in with my tag on two different consoles at the same time, even if we have the same public IP address and are playing different games. I guess I could use a different gamer tag to play games on my console, as silly as that seems.

ETA: If she's using my tag to play her game, can I play a different game with my tag on my console as long as I'm playing offline?
