This is probably the best GWG month so far imo. Unfortunately I already own all the games (just like every other month). Sunset Overdrive is probably my favorite game I've played so far this gen, and the Dead Space series is one of my favorites on the 360.

I've had the game since launch. I probably have around 400 hours on it and have only had it crash a handful of times.

 
I have a disc version of sunset but none of the other games. Might try to sell sunset on one of those local garage sale groups. Looks like a pretty good month, hope it lives up to the hype for the general public. I played the free episode of wolf among us and that one was actually pretty good and I'm not much of a telltale fan so maybe I'll give the rest a shot.
 
I've beaten and sold both the xbox one games, loved them thoroughly. TWAU has a very engrossing story, especially since I had never read the comics. Sunset Overdrive is just so FUN to play. And do yourself a favor, play as a female. The voice actress is better than the male voice IMO.

Looking forward to playing SR4 (had a shockingly great time with SR3 when it was GwG, seeing as I don't like GTA).

I'll play Dead Space for a minute or two, wet my pantaloons, then turn it off. How exciting!

And I'm not salty about having already beaten both the Xbox One games. If anything, that basically proves Microsoft is taking care of business this month, since I only buy the best games, right?

Bought a 3k cown pack to buy Orsimium along with the base game, but found I had an extra 500 crowns magically appear on my account. Ended up buying another 1500 crowns and got the Thieves Guild dlc too.

Is there a link where I can see historical sale prices like Steam's price history? Being new to the XboxOne I don't have a feel for pricing on games and whether the sales are good, bad or ugly other than reading the thread.

In this case, I'm a big fan of Telltale Games, but can't tell if the current price is a good one for the XboxOne.

Looks like they give you a curser you control with the thumbstick. Kind of silly with all the "screen tapping" you're talking about since they're spread out around the map and often time sensitive but who knows maybe they're not sticklers with the timing and also you can pause time using the down button. I'm gonna go ahead and get it. Will let you know if it's awful or not.

 
Wolf among us got better as it went on. By the end (you will know it when you see it) I was like fuck yeah! Take that you mother fuck ers! Kept me wanting more. My wife will actually sit down and play the tale tell games so they are more fun for me just because she sits down and plays too.


Edit. I love seeing shaq-fu pop up. It's like an achievement unlocked popping up. Great feeling.

I played through them recently, IMO they are not as good.

 
They add some resolution to the ending. Fun if you like the main game. Full price might be a bit high.I'm pretty sure they have achievements if that's your thing. I bought them on sale and thought it was money well spent. Using Bing points takes the sting out a little.

Yes, they are both excellent. I think they may be better than parts of the base game. They continue the story after the main campaign. Honestly, they are crucial to the story. Alan Wake is probably my favorite game of last generation.

I'll give you that it's a really good game that I enjoyed. It was also a very short game, and while I enjoyed most of the comedy, the actual story was kind of a dumb mess that didn't lead to much to care about. I'm glad I can do the co-op next month after beating it in a few weeks in 2014, but I can't give it "best game of this generation" with Dying Light sitting there. It's definitely the most unique AAA title out there so far, IMO, and it did a great job. It just sucks that the devs are back in Ratchet & Clank Land, because I'd like it to get a sequel.

Yes. Honestly, they feel like an integral part of the story as it continues the events from main game as well as sets up for new events in the potential sequel/parts of American Nightmare.

 
Need suggestions for the best Resident Evil game on sale. I haven't played RE since the original on PS2. Looking for horror with good mechanics. Coop is not a concern nor multiplayer. Just looking for something to play after wife and kids go to bed. Thanks in advance!

RE 4 is where the change to a more action-oriented style happened, but that game is still quite good. RE 5 was still tolerable, but not great. RE 6 was more action and included far too many QTEs for my taste. Raccoon City doesn't even feel like a RE game. So, I'd go with either Code Veronica or REmake - and I'd favor REmake by a good margin there.

Edit: totally forgot about the Revelations titles. Both are pretty good games. I like Revelations 2 a bit more than the first. I'll still recommend REmake over them.

I just wanted to point out that RE5 is an excellent co-op shooter, which is a very different experience than a real survival horror game.
 
The spring sale section on the front page lists Rocksmith 2014 on sale for $20 but both online and on console it still shows $60. Anybody know if it's really on sale or not? I would be willing to go digital for that price
