No. None of them are, and CoD4 is getting a remaster. That doesn't mean it wont go BC since Saint's Row 4 did for some effing reason (the ONLY Saint's Row game to go BC and yet it already has a superior remaster).

BO1 was announced to be BC at some point, but that was a very, very long time ago and we still don't have it. BO2 was rumored to be going BC as well but still nothing.

If the CoD4 remake is any indication and if it sells well, we might not get those as BC at all. I can see Activision wanting to bundle in older games for 20-30 bucks more. This is the problem with BC, if publishers think they can make an extra buck off re-selling you the game, they won't give permission.

That's a very good point. I can see Activision pulling that stunt more-so than other companies. And they could do it easily with no repercussions since they have enough of a loyal following that'll eat it up no-questions-asked. They could easily include a MW2 remaster with Call Of Duty 2017 and mark the price up another $20-30, and people will eat it up, especially since MW2 has more loyal fans than MW1 these days.

I actually sold off most of my 360 physical games, including my CoD games, to buy digitally next time they went on sale for future BC plans. I'm holding off on this sale because of the remaster stunt they're pulling (and yes, I would pay these prices for all of them except for MW3 if they were currently BC, I want them on my Xbox One and the ability to gameshare that badly). I have a feeling these games won't be going BC any time soon.

I know the CoD4 servers are hacked to death, but that's their duty (lol) to fix. We shouldn't have to buy the game again in order to experience clean servers. If they released some sort of Master Chief Collection type package, I wouldn't mind it, but that'll never happen.

EDIT: Also, I can't see CoD4 being exclusive to IW deluxe for too long. It might sell better than past CoD deluxe packages, but a game where the servers are populated solely by people who spent $80 on a game? Really?

I'm betting that the emulation wasn't running smooth enough for a good experience. Accidentally making it available when the pub hasn't given a green light is probably a punishable offense.

 
Can people see what specific videos I'm watching on youtube or netflix when I use the xbox app?  I see other's that say "watching youtube" or "watching netflix"... I don't want people to think I'm homicidal with some of the things I watch

I think there is a setting that allows you to choose when you first launch the app or set up your account. I know mine shows details because I've had people comment 'great movie' or 'lol Linkin Park?' on my Netflix/YouTube sittings. ESPN shows as well. Not sure about other apps. I think WWE Network simply states 'Watching WWE Network' or something like that. It should vary between account settings and apps.

"Watching YouTube" and "Watching Netflix" are for people who want to mask their activity.

LMAO I literally just bought Naruto the day before it went on sale at the marketplace. I bought XBL credit like two weeks ago specifically for that game and held off buying it thinking it might go on sale this month and as I was playing another game, no rush right. Last night I decided might as well buy it and start downloading it. Of course it goes on sale the next day. I could be mad but I genuinely have bad luck like this all the time in my life so I just roll with it anymore, always expecting to get screwed over.

I've got a different external. I've got the WD 4tb my book external harddrive and love it. It does required external power though. I keep disc installs of games I no longer own so I don't have to install them if I ever get them again. Came in handy with the master chief collection. Still have over 3tb of free space, it's great.
 
It'll have a campaign but it will last about 6-7 hours, if that, and you won't give a shit about any of the characters. They'll just shoehorn it in with as minimal effort possible just so people can't say it didn't have a campaign. Bleh. The MP in the first one was so laughably casual, I doubt I'll buy the second one if it ships devoid of content like the first one.

Can you help me figure out why the light on my external drive stays on even when I turn the system off? I have my system set to "when xbox is off, turn off storage". No external power supply

On another note, I have no idea why I have an external drive hooked up to my 360. Do I have to format it if I want to use it on my xbox one?

Rockstar doesn't seem to be in the remake game, but for sure would just release a version you could buy and play on Xbox 1, like they did for some of the Grand Theft games on PS4. It really sucks the attitude a lot of the major publishers took with BC on the Xbox 1, I think you mostly don't see the bigger titles just because they figured out they can just hook it on as a "Pre-order bonus" on any franchise titles. Like Burnout Paradise and Skate were tweeted out forever ago, but now I can just see them sitting on it till the next game in the franchise is available for pre-order.

If you have your :xb1: console set to "Instant On" then it probably isn't considered powered off.

Just hook the external HDD to your :xb1: console and it will prompt you to format it. It will need to be USB 3.0 though.

externals tend to keep the light on or blinking with 360 and xbox one for some reason even when shut down

battlefield 4 premium is permanently in the vault, but the wording is different for hardline premium. It says the offer for hardline premium expires September 1st, and they have this in the FAQ:

I was just about to post that using the link a few pages, back, Battlefield Hardline Premium is showing in my purchase history, while none of my other EA Access downloads are. That's a pretty solid indicator that Hardline isn't going away if your EA Access sub expires.

EDIT: Still, this is only the DLC or whatever, so without owning the base game, well...

You'll have to add credit in that country's currency to make purchases, but you can pick up free stuff (GwG) just by using the website and changing region down at the bottom. I believe you can just swap over to the microsoft store site and buy emailed codes in the currency you need, but the Oman Wars have me too paranoid to try.*

I did pick up Kalimba this month, and I have no idea why as I can all but guarantee I will never play it. Games like that belong on my phone. I use my TV and surround sound for real games! #HDorGTFO

That's a good point on the MW server. If they only give this game out to people buying IW, are they expecting only those people to play the game? In that case you're basically still waiting for the new game to die out so people can play the older game.

In other news, can anyone here recommend me if the deluxe edition of Naruto is worth it at a 13 dollar increase over the other one? Or if the regular version is even worth it at 40 bucks?
