Did a system update and things been running buggy. Streaming won't play on apps like NBC Sports app and when I turn on the Xbox it's black and I have to turn it off then back on again. Any solutions? I guess this is the preview program

All the $10 ones were gone for me, but I was able to get two $15 codes...so $30 for a price of $18.50 after the promo. Not bad!

Well, that's because user reviews are just a platform for fanboy wars over consoles, developers, other game series, and other things it makes no real sense to have such extreme loyalty to.

You're in luck! You can play this one without playing the first three or enjoy the first three and in the meantime, Andromeda will only get cheaper. The first three are only mentioned peripherally and don't really affect the story from what I've seen.

Everyone has different priorities when it comes to games (for instance, load times or even bugs aren't a deal-breaker for me...then again, I'm a Bethesda fan lol). But one thing I think is a bit unfair is expecting the new Mass Effect to compare to The Witcher 3 or whatever. It's like comparing the next superhero film to some artsy fartsy drama that swept the Oscars. They're trying to achieve different things. I don't think the test-taking analogy works because in games as in all of the arts, they're not taking the same tests. What ME tries to do is different than what Witcher 3 tried to do, and so forth.

Glad someone mentioned that the finale is coming up. I've been meaning to watch and haven't, so now I'll just wait to binge them all.

Wellllll...but if you didn't get the DLC achievements, you didn't really 100% the game, though. I'd like for MS to display a total for completed games on profiles or somewhere since I think it's more impressive than overall GS. But what I really want is MS to allow for custom folders in the Games menu instead of a few generic sorting options.

Then came Logan, a super hero movie that can easily compete with other Oscar contenders. Seriously, anyone who hasn't seen Logan needs to watch this movie. Even if you're not much of a fan of superhero movies.

it's been interesting watching that site today

first all the 10$ @12% off disappeared which is understandable

then a bunch popped up at 10% off instead

now all the sudden they are all gone again.

so either there is some market manipulation going on there or they have access to more stock in a short period of time than I would expect

Finished Ryse. Hot damn, sleeper hit of 2017 for me even though it came out 2013....Not My Type After All chievo made me bite my lip a little(spoiler if you look it up & haven't played Ryse yet)

lol Yeah, bit of a snap back to reality. Now I'm off to chainsawing/gnashering fools in Gears. So nice to be able to play online vs again. When I could only download 400 kb/s before and now am at 30mb/s, no lag is so nice. Time to knock out all the mp games in the backlog

Ah but what if you can't stand Wolverine? He's Never been a selling point when it comes to the X-Men movies for me. I still haven't seen Deadpool because I hated the character in the comics, and not seen Suicide Squad because I couldn't care less about any of the characters in it.

That's a good question actually. Without giving too much away, I enjoyed it because you do get to see a more caring side of Logan, even if he shows it in an asshole-sort-of-way, his heart is in the right place. I also think it is still worth seeing if you're a fan of Professor Charles. Not to mention, Caliban is pretty awesome in the movie as well.

Probably not the best. Especially since we're only 1/4 finished with the year, but I think it deserves a best picture nomination. But we all know there isn't a chance in hell it'll get nominated.

It was decent. Not a whole lot of replay value, the future spider man was annoying, and if I remember correctly, it wasn't open world like the other spider man games. With that said, I think it's worth $5.

No problems for me. Got two $15 cards for $14.25 each, and with the coupon it was $18.50 total. Already redeemed them. Did this in the last few minutes.

Even with the last Record Book for Destiny coming out soon, with all the older raids revamped for 400 LL, I'm still not foaming to play the game.  The new game, however, well we'll just have to see about that. :)

 
Yeah, my hype for Destiny is the lowest it's ever been. Just got disappointed with the way it was supported, the microtransactions being forced in alongside expensive expansions, and the overall shift in Bungie. They really need to impress at E3.

The name and supposedly PS4 exclusive beta leaked 4 days ago.

If you click where it says "All" you can choose what comes first, and change it to "Friends First" to be like the old way.

It makes more sense for Destiny to me. We've gotten several named expansions and they've been referring to the game by Year # for a while, this helps show that this is an actual sequel to try and draw back in lapsed players, and new players who skipped the first entirely.
