Got that f'n "Sky High" achievement in Rocket League was ragin so hard was bout to break game then realized I had it digital lol

 
Just saw a 65" LG 4K HDR smart TV for $900 at BB. Seems like a great deal if you need 4K now

Also walked out of Transformers after like an hour and twenty minutes. Just couldn't sit there for almost another two hours and watch that train wreck. I did enjoy an excellent burger that had Bacon, Brie, and Fig Jam on it though, great combination of sweet and savory

I did it on a wide but low ramp in the construction area to the left of the city. Make sure youre getting a good drift before going airborne.

 
Screwed up in the Alphabet Challenge by starting the wrong game in Rare Replay for F and didn't realize my mistake until I had done G and H.  Did the one I should've done for F, then found others for G and H.  The one I was going to use for J was the F mistake, so I had to find another.  I started up Microsoft Bingo Win10, which imported my save and immediately unlocked 16 of the 17 achievements I had gotten in the Win8 version, including a couple Js.  Am now up to Q.  Can use Beautiful Katamari for that, haven't played it since Sept '08.  Dug it out and waiting for it to install.

And what model is the TV? After all that talk about specs to look for on TVs, I'm starting to feel like my 65" from 2015 is no longer relevant. Not that I really need it though. I still game it up on a 42" 1080p LCD from 2010.
 
Purchased Letter Quest based on the recommendation on this board. Very addicting game that I can't stop playing! My wife (who doesn't play video games) saw me playing and got sucked in for about three hours.

again I'd caution that the "nits peak brightness" is pretty low on that model, why some say HDR is amazing and some say it is not...

it's not amazing, but I think he played the role pretty good. It's a not a "must watch" show but I thought it was decent enough to watch the whole season.

I played it last year on XBox One. My wife helped me in a few spots. I can't spell for my life and got through it. Lots of fun.

Hey they promoted me and will let me invite you! I also told them you weren't lvl 50 yet lol, so they put the level req down to 1. I need your invite code. Hit Menu on your controller, formerly the Start button, while in the game to bring up the Settings UI. There under the General tab, you will have 4 digits after your name on your invite code, send that to me via PM dude and I can get you in! I didn't even know those tabs existed, or the fact that the store is actually full of stuff other than $/Gems bundles! Lol and I'm level 133 and I'm just learning this, doh!

Completed the Alphabet Challenge. Dipped into the backlog - first boss in Axiom Verge gives an X and starting Shadows of the Damned gives a Y. Wrapped it up with the ZOMG! in Forza Horizon.

Partially. Quick Play works now, but nearly everyone uses Xbox One's looking for group feature instead, so it's much easier to find a game that way. QP has more quitters and griefers, too. One issue is that if the host quits, it ends the game. You don't really get that in LFG matches.

X may do me in. I have to find Skate or NFL Head Coach apparently. Or boost Full Auto or Don King Boxing since those two contain 75% of achievements starting with the letter X. Yikes.

Now that I think about it and jostle my memory a bit, a few years ago they switched to the subscription model for ad-free. If you bought the Pro version of the app prior to that, they unlocked your account for ad-free on their backend.

I bought it because I really enjoy Strategy games and there's not a ton of options that I haven't played yet. I doubt I'll get to try it before the sales over, but if I do I'll let you know what I think
 
For anyone in the TA Alphabet Challenge and stuck on X, I played The Swapper thru the Game Pass to get the letter. It's late in the game and missable, but it took me about 3 hours of play and the TA walk through is spot on.
