Finished my 2nd playthrough of RE 7 and I never replay adventure games. Man what a great game! Wish I had PSVR so I could play it that way too.

I've played some and am really enjoying it so far. Nice first person dungeon crawler with some great art design for bosses in particular.

How's the combat - turn based a-la Might & Magic/Wizardry games? Or timer-style, when your gauge fills, you attack? Can combat be paused?

The console version can be played as more of a hack and slack if you want to just see the story. Meanwhile, the PC version will require constant pausing and micromanagement. Having played the Baldur 's Gate series on PC back in the day, I thoroughly enjoyed DA: Origins on that platform. It just seemed to me like how it was meant to be played. I can see how the difficulty might be off-putting, but BG was way harder than DA:O so it didn't bother me that much. I was happy DA didn't have any basilisks.

Again if console is the only option, DA: O will be fine there. I just think DA: Inquisition had a more streamlined console interface.

I just saw that the new Mirror's Edge is in the EA Access vault. Will likely play it there instead of buying outright. Thanks for the feedback.

She's not unattractive. I'm sure she gets the bird comparisons, a la Sweet Dee, but I highly doubt anyone would consider her a moped.

This free trial of DBX2 is totally killing my enthusiasm for those games. I forgot how every fight is practically the same button mashing until your gauge gets high enough for a special attack. These starter specials are lame too. I just want to hurl Destructo Discs already.

I'm a bad opinion to consider, since I don't like angular faces anyways. I like soft, round faces and bodies. You know, like a chubby chaser. I hate that phrase tho, cause it just makes me think of a guy that's into half-hard dudes.

So anybody wanna give me their opinion on Battlefront for $20? I only played the beta back when that happened and thought it was kind of a barebones stinker. Did they add any significant content to the game?

Was not planing on it but today's DotD at Best Buy was too good to pass. Got Horizon and Wildlands for $77 (with $5 Cert). I will be honest though. Never tried the Beta but it looks fun.

I am so lost.  Had to google Morgan Webb.  Didn't know who she was.

I do know that Destiny 2 will bring our characters over, but nothing else (no weapons, armor, etc.).

I actually was pretty happy with Battlefront even before the DLC and new free maps. If you liked the graphics and mechanics you'll probably be happy with it now that they've added a bunch more stuff with the season pass. For $20 you can't really go wrong as long as you don't already have so many MP shooters that you won't have time for it.

So I got a Destiny Taken King code for free from a friend of mine. I was redeemed it and was going to just buy a cheap digital copy of the base game. Who knew they don't sell just the base game anymore?!

My question is: Can I buy a base game code from gamedealdaily and use it with what I have, or do I have to buy the $40 code from the ms store?

BTW, if you like that type of game, may I recommend the new Torment: Tides of Numenera game? It is the spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment, and their Kickstarter campaign was so wildly successful that they met most of their stretch goals of bringing on the majority of the original crew.

I've played it almost non-stop since Monday (madd props to whomever recommend it), only taking breaks for Fallout Shelter and Metal Slug.

I didn't think I would play it for more than an hour but it's extremely addicting and has a great soundtrack. The game honestly looks and feels low budget as fuck but there is lots of love and care in it's art style and gameplay. The game is pretty brutal at first but once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty easy until the mid game where you start running into bosses who 1 shot you (this is where I'm at now).

I think there is a trial for it, so you should be able to check it out before buying.

Also, Metal Slug 1 is amazing (went through it 3 times last night, can get to stage 5 before losing a life) but these Neo Geo ports are plagued with extra slowdown too often from just doing things like unpausing the game or earning an achievement. I'm just glad it doesn't take long to get achievements (and I avoid making clips) because the game straight up become unplayable and leads to death simply because you can't control your character for a few seconds.

For $8 with no onine play and no extra features that take advantage of more powerful (such as say, removing the slowdown from the original Neo Geo version)it's a hard sell unless you're a diehard fan.

If it's a taken king code for xbox one it includes the dark below and house of wolves all in one. If it's an Xbox 360 code you'll need those separately. I might have some extras here somewhere. But if you buy the 360 copy, just ask for the inserts and there will inevitably be an unused code for the how and dark below.

There is also a refer a friend quest you can only do if you play with a new player and established player that gets you a new emblem, shader and I believe a sword or sparrow
