Overwatch became a bit more fun playing solo when they added the option to party-up after each game. I know a few guys that solo queue for competitive, but you want a headset for that.

If anyone is looking for someone to group up with I usually play a decent amount unless something new came out that I'm working on. I plan on playing a lot for this new event.

 
I'll add to the chorus of "Overwatch is a lot of fun solo" people. I've never felt out of place in a match as a single. I sometimes feel like I don't know near as much about the mechanics as others, which would be correct, since I'm a very casual Overwatch player...
 
Dammit. I so want to pull the trigger on Tomb Raider Underworld at $4,99 but I just can't bring myself to buy non-BC 360 games at the risky they never go BC.

I mean, what is MS waiting to make the Fable Anniversary and the Crackdown games BC? Yes yes, I know every game has to be tested a bunch of times before it goes BC, but we're talking about first-party games here. Though I'm sure Crackdown 1 and 2 are probably going to be announced as pre-order bonuses for Crackdown 3 at E3.

Also, boooh on the sale for not including Binary Domain and/or Vanquish. At least I'd be able to finally finish those on my 9-year old 360. Oh well.

So far I've only grabbed the Just Cause 3 season pass.

Maybe Overcooked? Anything else?

 
years ago I'd wait forever to get the game of the year (complete) physical versions cheap because physical was where I was at during that time

and now I'm waiting forever to get the same games with the same dlc cheap in digital form because now that's where I'm at lol

 
This sale is pretty good.  So far I think I will pick up Rio, Doodle God Blitz, the Batman TT season passes, as well as the Michonne season pass.

I wish the Win 10 store also did a Spring sale.

 
Worth mentioning that Diablo 3 seasons just came to console with Season 10. It's a good place for new players to jump in and learn the system and for old players to jump back in. I'm hooked all over again - already more than halfway through the season journey and it's been out for a week. Seasons generally last 3 months.

Tried the Lego games? Not sure of your kids' ages, but my wife and I enjoy Jurassic World a lot co-op.

I guess they may not be 4 player though...

The thing I loved about Mad Max is that the car stuff was just enough to enjoy it, but not so much that it became a chore for the most part. I get bored with most driving games very quickly, but Mad Max is not really like that and there is a lot of outside the car stuff to do. To be fair, there are some racing related things that I decided to skip since I got bored with those, but they are side mission things only. It's definitely worth a shot for anyone who enjoys incidental driving like in GTA type games. But I totally understand being concerned about too much driving.

 
Are preorders of South Park: Fractured But Whole getting digital codes for Stick of Truth right away or do you have to wait until launch sometime in 2027?

EDIT: Officially it says at launch, but I'm looking to get a first hand account from someone who has preordered bc sometimes these things come early.

EDITEDIT: NVM, did the research I should have done in the first place and nobody who preordered on Xbox is getting codes yet. Hmmmm...don't want to spend money on a game that will come free when the new game comes out, but I've been wanting to replay SoT while waiting for FBW.

I keep going back and forth on whether to get this as I've never played a game of this genre before. They were supposed to have a free-to-play/free trial weekend a few months ago, but it never activated (there was no option to download a free trial in the marketplace) so that peeved me. Then I hear that Path of the Exile is very similar to this, that it's coming soon to the XB1, and that it will be free-to-play. So part of me is thinking I should just wait for that as I get to try out this genre for free rather than spend money and find out later I might not like it.

probably worth it for you more than it is a diablo fan

I played d2 for a decade and I enjoyed it but many long time diabloers shit on it.

d3 is great for a casual new to the genre imo

It's not in the sale, but #IDARB is faaaaaantastic for couch multiplayer. It's co-op if you're on the same team *cough*

Apparently the preorder bonus isn't remastered, but it is listed as a separate game and has its own achievement list (though it's a repeat of the 360 list, you get to double dip basically). So I guess I could justify a purchase based on achievement whoring...

I'll give the Marvel game a shot because I love comics, but it looks janky as hell. Really bad combat animations and has that F2P stink all over it.

So I preordered FBW and immediately got access to Stick of Truth. It is an updated one, not the 360 version, played through the whole thing already.

Funny thing is, I chatted with Xbox support to cancel the preorder after it was delayed, but I still have Stick of Truth free of charge. Ymmv on doing that obviously.

Btw, I'm talking about digital preorder here

Thanks for the info, been wondering this myself as well. At this point I feel like they should just sell SoT for like $20. Since they have only said it was pushed to the next fiscal year (April '17-March '18) I feel like it's probably going to be towards the end, otherwise they would've said which quarter or month it will be out to make people that have preordered it feel better. I'm interested in FbW but with it being delayed like six months before this last delay, I'm a little concerned and would like to see some gameplay first.
 
Base install is 15.9 GB, DLCs appear at a grand total of 579 MB but for some reason a few of them are doubled (Revolution and Uprising)

EDIT: I opened the details and one of them says I can "install now or buy a copy to own it forever", maybe some sort of free weekend? I dunno

Same here, I just can't enjoy the story when I'm running around with people talking over shit or wanting to skip cutscenes. Besides I've rocked out to some good metal playlists while playing Diablo III, juuuust pure ecstasy.
