lol I just tried starting Rocket League and I got the same error you have. I was able to start my disc copy of Injustice though, and then I went back to Rocket League and it worked just fine.

 
Saw Albert Penello mention on GAF that the Scorpio has improved load times. Guessing better internal HD this time around and just from overall brute force. He did down play solid states mainly because of the price vs performance.

Can't wait for E3!

There are unconfirmed rumours that there is a private "VIP event" concerning "elite users" of a particular search engine tomorrow evening in a major city that is better than Boston. According to these unconfirmed rumours, members attending will be not only told the future plans of said search engine, but will be asked for ideas, suggestions and stories. So, hypothetically, if any of you wanted to pass along any ideas/suggestions/stories to the people behind the aforementioned search engine (more so the ideas/suggestions) knowing that they were actually listening, what would you want to tell them?

If you're checking brickseek or the website for stock on gold ubisoft games I don't think it will show. Once they combine the sku I think it can't be checked. You have to go into the store and check stock physically. I don't know about WD2 stock at this point but the closest target to me (a little north of Boston) had three copies of wildlands gold behind the standard version.

How can a city be better than the best?

This is correct regarding stock counts. They won't show up under the original Gold DPCIs.

Obviously you can be better than Boston by not being racist. :p

It's a Season Pass code, there's no mention of a Gold Edition, and the cover looks different here from the one you get in the US. I doubt it's a reprint as I watched a few yt vids and they all look the same, maybe we europeans just got unlucky.

This made me open the copy and put the disc in though, so I'll now have to play it :p

Harsh, but fair. I'm white, and in my 20s so I rarely see anything unless I'm told about it from someone that has been affected. I've had a few coworkers that are bad people and have said racist things.

I'd give Boston crap for drug problems too.

Darby, you live in Ohio, so nobody gives a shit that your state is horribly racist, because its expected. People thinking Boston is racist is a big deal because of where it is, MA is one of the the liberal Meccas of the country. I will say that Boston is no more racist than any other city, but there are bad apples in every bunch. What I don't get is why a city like LA gets a free pass, when their history over the last 30 years or so is much worse, shit last week someone spray painted a racial slur on Lebrons house, and our cops aren't killing anyone either

Mine: Halo/Gears of War Crossover with some weird space/time travel shit. Master Chief Chainsawing Locusts with Marcus Fenix by his side seems good enough for me

More likely to happen, I would like to hear some more information on the system shock 2 remaster. And also get a date for Playerunknowns battlegrounds for consoles

I don't think it's necessarily a wild hope and dream since it's somewhat obtainable but I think if Microsoft is smart they would've made some kind of plan to announce Player Unknown's Battlegrounds for game preview. I am bad at PC shooters and it doesn't run super smooth on my PC so if it were on xbox I think I'd play it way more and be better at shooting people. I'm frequently in the top 10 if I'm able to avoid people for the majority of the match.

As much as I love Boston it has been pretty bad in the last few decades as well. I know that there are bad apples in every city but there have been a lot of athletes and other people that have said they've been treated the worst here. The busing protests and a lot of stuff around then wasn't great either. The town I grew up in is unfortunately well known for treating Bill Russel HORRIBLY. I don't think LA gets a free pass, I think Boston just gets a lot more flack because we see ourselves as super accepting when there are still problems.

 

Bomberman Battlefest - My wife and I enjoyed the first Bomberman Live game and my young kids enjoyed it when they tried it recently. Decided to get this one so we could have it on the Xbox One. I have more controllers for the Xbox One anyways. It seems almost identical to Bomberman Live so far which is alright with me.

For all local 360 multiplayer games, I've had to actually sign in all the accounts on the XB1 dash BEFORE launching the BC game. Once they are signed in, launch the BC game, then you can join on another controller and the other signed in accounts will be available. We have played multiple games of Bomberman Battlefest locally since getting it during the sale.

Thanks, didn't know Brickseek was useless with the Gold DPCIs once merged. I remember it was good for finding the For Honour Gold Edition, but I forgot that was before they merged it with the standard edition.

My only unannounced hope off the top of my head is Dragon's Dogma 2, but I really don't expect it.

Most anticipated is Resident Evil 2 Remake, so I finally know if I should have high or low expectations. At the very least Claire's original voice actor recently said Capcom came to her so that's a good start.

I can get leaving out Legends since it's so radically different from the original games but not including the 2 arcade games that, as someone pointed out already, came with the Anniversary Collection, is just really shitty. I loved The Power Fighters game, would have been hyped to play it properly outside of the Anniversary Collection/an emulator.

My best guess as to why EA has made a deal with Sony for FIFA marketing all of a sudden is because Europe (who completely eats up FIFA every year on every platform) is overwhelmingly Sony turf and it just makes more sense to do so.

As a fan of both Mega Man and retro collections, I'm glad this is coming out, but wish it had more games and a better selection. Mega Man & Bass is already localized, it wouldn't kill them to apply that translation to the Super Famicom verison. Or include some of the Game Boy games as unlockables.

Oh well. I'll buy it when it's sub-$10.

Edit: the Capcom Unity link mentions all the DLC for 9-10 will be included, which is a welcome addition. I always wanted to try out the extra modes and things, but could never bring myself to buy them as itemized DLC.
