  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

the main problem was that for some reason the 2 person trick wouldn't work with that game. So if you bought it with your profile on your friend's xbox so that you could both own it, when you got back to your own xbox it would say unreadable.

I'm a bit biased but as a fan of the DiRT games and arcade racers, this game is a lot of fun. Don't expect rally like simulation here, more like arena destruction derby and dirt coliseum circuit races.

 
Sorry for the triple post but I'm catching up and yeah I finally did decide $10 is a good deal on Forza Horizons. Deleted some demos off the 360, I actually have those games on Xbox One now haha. There's the space concern. Well wait, oh I also have credit on my Microsoft account I can apply for this, total for Forza Horizons is $3.94.  fuck Yeah, dling now!  :D/

Edit: My copy worked fine but then again I didn't have the SP. Also holy shit this OST is bumpin' (I already listen to all the tracks lol)!

I had read on Twitter that Grim Fandango will be coming to other platforms. Maybe it is a timed exclusive ... may be new information since then, though.

Yeah, theres no way Grim Fandango is exclusive to PS4/Vita. Should be on multiple platforms.

Plus most indie games eventually go all platforms. Some will be "timed" exclusives.

With that said, gonna grab Hotline Miami 2 on the PC since It's not coming to the 360/X1

The tweet states other platforms yes but clearly implies that the PS4 version is the "only" console version:

So as was suggested by some people in the results I found about it the issue is likely tied to the license of the software. Hopefully a license transfer works if you ever need to change systems.
 
I'm sorry but there is atleast 20 games off my head that deserve a remake more then Grim Fandango. Talk about overrated.

PlayStation fan asked for it from Sony's 3rd Party Production team, like Borderlands 2 Vita, Disney Infinity 2.0 Vita, and Tales of Hearts R, so they got what they wanted.

That's great and all, one person got the remake they always wanted, but I (and many others) will stand by the fact there are many more titles way more deserving of remakes.

And who said that this would be their only chance to ever remake an old game? I didn't say that they'd remake every game ever for the rest of time, but that will be more after this. If it does well, Disney would probably be more likely to greenlight more LucasArts remakes with former devs.

But would you take a Grim Fandango remake over an actual good game being remade? Why get excited for a game just because it's getting remade, but would never appear on people's list of "games that need to be remade". That was the argument.

Nah, they used to have only avatar bullshit on sale. I like how someone said this is the 'we forgot to have a sale sale.' I forget who I can't remember usernames unless they have a real name in them too.

Thought about terrariA but I just know it will rot in backlog hell. Trying to clear out and refrain before getting my xboner. I've been good lately and the shit sales have helped

I recommend Terraria, I had a friend recommend it for me as we both played Minecraft and liked that. It's a bit simple but it's like calling it 2D Minecraft. I've had just as awesome experiences playing Terraria as I've had in Minecraft. There's also the trying to figure out how the game works and what you need for that and this. Terraria is also big on boss fights.

 
Wow - I had no idea they had added X1 games to Games with Gold. Too bad we already bought Spartan Assault (the only X1 downloadable game we've bought to date - figures). At least the other one looks interesting - never heard of it before.

I actually love Terraria, but I bought it on Steam years ago for like three bucks. I would almost get it again just for achievements, but I've got plenty of unplayed games and I'm inclined to believe that the PC version is better anyway.

I'm excited because Grim Fandango is a good game. What is considered a "good" game is highly subjective. Think about how you feel about your favorite game of the past. That's how many of us feel about Grim Fandango.

Xbox version is worth it for the controls. My buddy and I got it for PC several months after finishing all the achievements on Xbox because we heard about how much better it was supposed to be. Mostly we wanted to play the new content.

We didn't play it for more than 3 hours because of how terrible the controls were. I think we had to click on the doors to open them and click each individual block when mining.
 
I never played Grim Fandango but, unlike Phantom Dust, I've heard of it. I think that says something about what Sony was going for on Monday.    I'll check both out regardless.

Where does GTA IV rank among the other Grand Theft Auto games? So far I've only liked Vice City.
