xbl new 'busy' feature?

Checked out my gamercard and any friends that might be on and noticed either something new or just never saw it before-- Friends were listed as either

Offline,
Online,
Pending,

and

BUSY-- (anyone seen this before? Is there a setting on your game that one can set as busy?)

If you click the guide button and go to you personal settings you can change your online status.

Busy
Appear Offline
