I would personally hold off and see if Amazon is truly planning on doing a all day 4GB Kinect Bundle for $200.

$150 after taxes for me

$200 4GB Kinect Bundle
-$85 After Selling Kinect
=$115 for me

The big question will be will the Kinects be flooded onto eBay after people get their deals from all the 4GB Kinect Bundles being sold.
 
Thanks! Just ordered. Here's what I'm thinking..

I had an E74 error that somehow semi-fixed itself but now I have no sound or video, but no RROD?? I think Microsoft is charging $80-100 to fix.

I wasn't interested in the 4GB with Kinect for $200. It won't be something I will be using.

Total here $150. I will sell my xbox on ebay (minus the 120 GB HD that I will be putting in the slim) for around $30. So total I'm looking at is $120.. only a little bit more than what they would have charged me but I get a brand new system. Boom.

I'm in the exact same boat, and that was my thinking as well.
