Any help finding a deal on either of these two would be much appreciated. I am not necessarily against buying refurbished either.

If you have a CC buy you, they had a TON of the 60GB live pack by mine that has 30% off. So the $99 60GB live pack was $69.99, you would also get 3-months of XBL with that, along with the headset and ethernet cable that you might not need

I checked my local one and they are all out.

That's definitely a YMMV. Mine has games, but nothing else.

I will clarify my post.

YMMV, as I haven't tried it, but maybe someone else has..

Target.com sells it for $180,
don't know why since Microsoft dropped it to $150

Target had them on clearance for $50-99 a few months ago in-store.
Chances of finding any in a store is next to zero.

However, you may be able to purchase online, and return to the store.
The tricky part is getting them to let you re-buy it. Sometimes they will, other times they require it to be put on the shelf. Probably will not make it to the shelf.
