XBOX 360 and laptop setup

I'm looking for something under $100 that will let me view HD quality video on my laptop (otherwise I could just get one of those $20 RCA USB things off eBay). I've got the normal HD AV cables and a VGA set for my 360, and the laptop's got enough power to process whatever it needs to, I believe. Either USB 2.0 or ExpressCard devices would work with my setup.

Any of the resident AV gurus or tech folks feel like lending me a hand? :)

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to achieve.

Are you watching an HD movie on your 360 and want to use the laptop as your video output?
