Not sure how widespread this is, but it appears Target has an undisclosed promotion this week. Just had a friend text me saying he got an Arcade from Target, and the associate had to do a doubletake when it prompted him to scan a gift card. I'll check on this when I go into work later, but be sure to call in and see if your Target is running the promotion. (There was no ad sign up, and there was no indication that it'd give you a free gift card until they actually scan it into the register.)
