Alright guys im about to buy an account from my friend that has 17000 MS points(Yes you read that right and only for 10 bucks cause he is selling his 360) and i was wondering is there any possible way that i could get avatar items from the marketplace and get it to my current XBL avatar.

And im almost positive you can NOT. Maybe you could call microsoft and have them do it for you, but outside of that theres nada you can do.
