Its rules of enragement I just skimmed through the album and found it there forgot which track though. Anyways I just watched the commercial again and I've yet to understand what jump rope has to do with xbox360.
 
If they were advertising for the Live feature of the xbox360, this commercial would make a lot of sense, as some have said, it shows people from different cultures coming together and showing off; i.e. as most would assume that the Xbox Live is like right now. As they say nothing about it being a gaming console, I can just see grandparents going to TRU thinking that they're going to get their kid the new fadtacular jumprope when they ask for a 360.

This truely is one of, if not the worst, ad I have ever seen. I'm still holding out hope that it's a fake, although it is so lame, only MS would come up with it. Damn sure Peter "You'd be surprised how many gamers don't want to save their games" Moore is involved somehow. BTW, the quote is from the most recent OXM when asked by a writer for OFFICIAL XBOX MAGAZINE, why there was only 1 sku in japan and how after you bought a memory card the core system was only $60 cheaper. MS would be much better off if this fucknut got hit by a bus.
 
That was some fancy jumproping right there, and the guy going through on his bike was pretty impressive...the fat chicks were gross though :p

This is one of the worst commericals I have ever seen. The commercial looks like it was made by some junior high students, with the shaky camera and the "jump in" placement and it has NOTHING to do with the product being advertised. Even if this was a commercial for a jump rope I would give it an F in quality.

on another note, i think the commercial was really stupid. No clear direction of what they are advertising, no attention grabber, nothing. Who wants to see fat chicks blubber around jumping rope anyway? It doesnt bother me, but 80% of the "hip" audience will care.

MS would of just been better off hiring Pamela Anderson to give the xbox 360 a lapdance, im sure more people would watch it with interest, untill at least the actual x360 logo came up.
 
I thought it was awesome. I love commercials that have little to do with the product. Afterwards you are saying WTF, when actually the commercial has served it's purpose. It gets people talking and burns the product name into your mind.
 
They need to let me make videogame commercials. None of this "all-inclusive" bullshit, I swear mine would all be pirates stabbing people and slow motion shots of people fucking. Then, at the end, I'd flash the name of the product across the screen.

that was actually a good commercial. i also like the other 360 commercial, the water balloon fight.
nice cameo by Ben Wallace in the jump rope vid.
 
they must be using the worst marketing team, I just saw the 360 balloon commercial and unless my 360 can chuck water balloons this is one of most pointless commercials ever.
 
You guys should all be happy. This isn't going to grab the attention of casual gamers, or parents looking to buy something for their kids. It just means shorter lines at KMart or Wal Mart.
