I'm looking for a retailer that sells a black rubber sleeve for the 360 controller.

B&M not so much, but eBay is a good way to go for about $2 shipped. If you want it soon, filter the listings to only show US sellers or you'll be waiting an extra few weeks from Asia.

The black silicone sleeves for the 360 controllers? I've been using one for a while now, love that thing.

I personally got mine off of Ebay for 2 bucks. It's kind of a pain in the ass to get the controller fitted into it, but once you do it's all good.
