Hrm don't think bing cashback is working with the Video Games side of the site. I got in on the XBL sub cards and I did not get cashback.

totally, target gave out $60 GC's (on black friday and that weekend) that you could use the same day with the purchase of any 360 bundle...definitely worth waiting if you're looking to upgrade.
