Anybody know of a good deal on the Xbox 360 Guitar Hero 5 Stand-Alone Guitar? I already have the game and just need a new controller, and I really would like to give the GH5 guitar a try.

I've seen it online for $49.99, and I'm hoping to get a better deal than that. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
It's $28.99 on Amazon's deal of the day. Don't know if that is the cheapest you can get it but it seems like an O.K. deal to me.
 
Thanks for the info, but it seems that the DOTD on Amazon is for the game only. I'm looking to buy the guitar controller.
 
If you have a gamestop nearby, I would see how much they would give you for GH5 with their current promotion. If it's a good price, then buy the guitar and game in the bundle. Worth looking into.
 
It's the same one that comes in the Band Hero bundle. If you have any manner of luck, Target has the BH bundles clearanced. I picked one up a few weeks back for $50, sold the game on Amazon for $30, effectively netting me the guitar, drums and mic for $20.

I have all the guitars and the Rock Band guitars are far and away the best. I went to a friend's house last night and was trying to play with the Guitar Hero guitar and boy was I disappointed. You could also try to find one of the Rock Band Beatles bundles for a new guitar at Target because that guitar is the best I've ever played with.
