The reason it wasn't posted is because it's obvious.
Well, it was not obvious to me. In fact I think I would actually join there to buy a 360 if I get a lifetime warranty.

Does Sam's Club have a similar warranty?

I called them and they said 'NO', they do NOT have a 90day warranty on Gaming systems, but then referred me to their 'Consierge' Service that handles the warranty. So I called them at 1-866-861-0450

talked to Jason-Badge #73410

Costco offers a 90 days return or warranty on All Gaming systems. They do NOT have a lifetime warranty on ANY gaming system.
TV's, Computers, Camera, iPods, MP3 players have a 2 year warranty.

OP, were you actually told this? Did they somehow do this in-store for you?

I know that Sam's Club will refund your money very easily on most anything regardless of how long ago you purchased it.

It's a return policy, and the rep you talked to got it mixed up or you did, gaming systems are valid for 2 years, and tvs, computers, cameras, ipods have a 3 month policy.

Yeah, that rep was way off. When the return policy changed to 90 days, it listed specific types of electronics. Game systems were not included in the change. The items he listed for you have a 90-day return period, and the "2 year warranty" is customer support now.

You should still be able to trade in a 360 anytime in a two year period.

Sonderiam is our local Costco expert, and he's one that would be able to say what's fact and what's fiction.
why did the op delete all of his posts....
Most likely, he's trying to scam Costco for some reason.
