I was recently looking and the best I found was Amazon.com at $350, no tax, free ship. I received the Pro Value Bundle on Friday with the 2 free games and it's a falcon.

That no tax obviously depends on where you live.

I got mine from Buy.com no tax, free shipping. It was not a falcon chipset, but I'm not real worried about it.
 
I was thinking of getting the Xbox 360 Pro also, but from Best Buy. I'm worried that I might need that extended warranty. Should I just get from Amazon or some place online and not worry about the warranty?

I personally don't care. If it RROD's or even has any other problems. I'll get mine fixed and sell it. Then I'll just get one from Costco. I just didn't have anyone that could get me into Costco at the time I got mine.
