Xbox 360 Room

Hello, i have been recently looking into this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcOxMnEtJbQ and i myself am a xbox 360 freak and this guy payed thousands of bucks for that renovation of his living room anyone have any good cheap ideas to renovate my room into somthing like the one in the video? replys would be greatly apreciated

i think its sorta neat but the green light is too far
 
The scary part, Michael Jackson has a "cool" little hidden room like that in his house. Green lights, fuzzy chairs, video games, mini fridge. The only difference between Mikes, and the 360 guy is. Mike attempts to mess with kids in his.

The switch should turn on 3 red lights of death.

Now in general that room is ugly. If he got rid of everything but the video and audio equipment that could be a cool little movie/gaming room. Add a nice big leather couch, and a couple of recliners. Upscaling dvd player, popcorn maker. That would be awesome.

Nonetheless you got to give the man credit for doing what he wants. Also he gets mad credit from me for not making a PS3 room.
 
well i guess after looking it after a while the green lights and the fuzzy chairs is a little too much the only thing i relly liked about the room to tell you the truth is the mini fridge and the tables and carpet maybe ill just settle for a lime green stripe going around my room and some nice chairs and tables :]

I kept waiting for him to turn around so we could see the ten foot deep pit where he tells it to put lotion on it's skin.
 
What a tool. I can't wait until 360 is dead and the new one is out and he's gonna be crying and doing his room over again. I was waiting for him to start playing it at the end and it to freeze up and break and he starts screaming and crying or something...

Yeah, way too much time on their hands. It was kinds creepy. The guy's voice made me feel like I was watching some kind of weird gay porn.
 
I would bring girls down there and seduce them with my "Xbox360 Voice." Then I offer them a Sunkist orange soda, and BAM...fuzzy green chair sex with an Xbox360 green LED ambience.

What a tool.
 
i just watched the video, man that guys got some weird spooky voice going on. remind ur self not to send ur kids over to that guys house if u live by him lol mini fridge is the trap!!!
 
I guess Im the only one brave enough to voice their opinion but I think its pretty cool. I dont care about his voice, and I dont live my life for sex so neither of those are issues for me. You guys are just hating. Sure the room doesnt look that great but its an awesome idea, and I give him props for doing it. Im sure everyone he knows loves that room. Id be stoked if I went to a friends house and we played 360 in a room like that.
Also I dont know what kind of shallow bitches you guys go for that you have to hide your gaming addictions/obsessions from.

I never said it wasn't cool. I said remove the green lights, and the green couch for a nice big leather one, and it would be a nice movie, gaming room.

But the green lights are a little to much.

no, you were the only one brave enough to voice the opinoin that you LIKED it, my opinion was I liked the fridge, the rest ... uggg... it is a snowball effect from once the negatives are on a roll, but I personally didnt care for it, weird voice or not

"Hating" constitutes the presense of jealosy and/or envy, neither of which are emotions that I feel when I look at that room. Sorry bud. That room, IMO, is simply hideous.

Sure i have a smaller HD and no surround but like someone said...4 controllers and 2 chairs? I have a 3 seater couch, 2 seater couch, and 2 chairs(for those who like being close on the side).

Also mini fridge in the wall is straight, but the logos and green leds....i dont see them adding anything to the room, if anything i think it takes away from it.

Uuuuuughhhhhhh. The AV equipment is nice, but gawd... repaint those walls and get some GOOD furniture. Ugghh... I'd rather he did a PS3 room, at least then it'd be something other than the godawful 360 neon green. I love my Xbox and 360 but that horrid green is nasty.
 
Some of us got different obsession; while I won't decorate my room into a 360 room, I always wanted to make one of my bedrooms into a Lego room. I've collected Legos all my life and I want to make a shrine displaying them all :)

Well my problem with the room was just that it was ugly as shit and utterly pointless. I don't think there's anything wrong with having an awesome gaming setup and a lot of games, but when you decorate your room to the point where it's one of the tackiest things ever... yeah, there's a problem.
