Looking to buy a 360 wired controller to use for my PC. Preferably somewhere that has B&M stores. Cheapest I found was $29.79 at WalMart.

$30 for a new one might be the best deal you find. You can get a used one for less, but you're probably better off getting a brand new one.

Try ebay. I found a seller that sells quite a few things from hong kong and ships around the world, but will just take around 2-3 weeks to get them, but for about 16.00 a piece with shipping, can't really beat that. I found some used at gamestop for 24.99, but they were not the original xbox 360 so I passed.
