Thanks Cheapy, cheapest 360 controller I will find. Will toss the reciever in my 360 box if I ever opt to play any PC/Mac games, but its nice to have the option.

I received this after my weekly tour was over, and it works great with one small issue, I can't turn the wireless controller off after I get done with it. On the xbox, I press the guide button for a few seconds, and it pops up a menu where I can turn either the controller or the whole xbox off.
With this on either my pc (using the official drivers) or my macbook (using the homemade unofficial drivers) I have not been able to figure out how to turn the controller off, except by pulling the batteries out.
I have to believe that there is another way to turn off the controller other than leaving it on until it shuts off automatically after awhile, but I can't find anything in the very thin instructions. Could someone who purchased this let me in on the secret on how to turn the controller off when using it on my pc/mac?

Have you tried the xbox button down for a while? I think that worked for me, though I could be pulling that out of my ass.

I saw these at the local Circuit City; I could have sworn the price was $39.99 as well. I remember taking a good look at it; figuring something had to be wrong (wired controller perhaps? But verfied it was wireless, and it wouldn't make much sense having a receiver with a wired controller of course). I already picked up a receiver only for about $13 when it was clearanced at target. Seems like an awesome price for the receiver/controller combo though.
