Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers $36.78, Wired $29.36!

[quote name='Arkay Firestar']Wired controller is just not worth it if you're getting it for PC use. This is a better deal:

For PC gaming I'd just go cheap and buy the USB adapter for either a PS2 or Xbox controller @ $5-10 each.

IMO, a good first party wired isn't that bad for use on a PC, or on a 360 as a secondary controller. You don't have buy the recharge pack. If you buy a wireless 360 contoller as a secondary, then recharge kit with batteries, you could get two wired versions for that price.

The point is that the 360 pad has a garbage D-pad. A significant segment of PC gamers who would want a gamepad would likely use it for emulation, at least almost everyone I know, and so the D-pad needs to be good.

Once again, the 360 pads, both wired and wireless, tend to have absolutely garbage and broken d-pads out of the packaging...some aren't actually messed up, but I would wager about 80 percent or so are...

Thats the only reason I'm throwing that link out...that and the fact that the logitech controller I link to is actually pretty damn comfortable.

Anyways, I'll get mine within the week and maybe I'll post a review in the PC section or something.

Does the Sams Club site charge tax?
If they don't I may have to order the 360 with extra wireless controller and charge kit when I buy a 360 next month.
