Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter Deals?

If you have a laptop or a nearby desktop with wireless capabilities, try bridging their network connections by connecting the 360 to the computer with an ethernet cable then get the computer to allow others connected to its network to access the internet through it. Google "360 wireless bridge" or something like that for more info.

If that's not an option for you, you can buy one of those third party wireless adapters, which seem to perform as well as Microsoft's $100 one. I don't know much about these so maybe someone else can suggest one for you.

Thanks for the response, i was looking at the "Linksys Wireless-G Gaming Adapter".
And it looked pretty good, but i thought maybe the Microsoft one would be a safer choice. I've gone 3rd party on wireless accesories before (DS). And it didn't work to well.

I was just about to recommend this, i ended up buying it for the sake of it being cheap.

Just my two cents: I actually took the time to flash an old router so that I could use it as a bridge for my 360, set up two seperate subnets, and got it working that way. However, two seperate subnets kept me from streaming media from my PC to the 360, and I had to have a big ugly Linksys box sitting under my TV, so in the end I bought the Microsoft rip-off anyway. I think it's worth it for simplicity and aesthetics alone. It snaps onto the back of the 360 so well you don't even know it's there.
