If anyone is interested, please PM me and we can dicuss a lower price or something. What is with these Ebayers? This was a damn good deal, especially with the free shipping. I guess they are all too busy spending 50$ on how to get information on buying a cheap Xbox, or spending 100$ on an Xbox box... I am so pissed this didn't sell. I'll be in my room... *slams door*

the problem is that you didnt have a real picture of your items....people dont like stock photos....if you have a real picture, your auctions generally tend to sell better.

I like the free shipping, that is a huge plus for me when I'm bidding on stuff perhaps if there was a copy of Halo or something it might have drawn a bit of interest, I've tried to sell a few systems/games before and if one 'hot' game is in the bundle it always got alot higher price (than selling them alone) I don't know if that is the norm but that is what happened when I sold a saturn, genesis, n64 and others.

and btw dude I hate your avatar!!

I suggest putting pics of the games in the auction also, and throw in the old cables incase people aren't able to use component.

Most prefer to bid up to a set amount on their own - otherwise it ends up like a classifieds ad

Buy it now is usually when it is an extraordinarily great deal - your's is good, but not the best out there - especially if some people who get the system don't need all the extras

Yeah, I agree with everyont about putting pictures and also since you're new to ebay, people might think you're scamming. I'd take that deal if only I had some cash.

WHat! My avatar? WHY?

People may not want those games included in your auction and $170 is kinda pricey for a used Xbox with two games, even if those games are semi rare, ebayers don't realize that they are. Plus stock photos kill the deal sometimes, especially on a used system.

Yeah, but I also threw in the component AV pack, which is not exactly cheap, and a brand new 30$ Communicator. Sixty bucks right there, and those items never go on sale anywhere.

if you mean bl's avatar, you've gotta be crazy Loot. You must have never seen The Big Lebowski, cuz that rug sure tied the room together, and the chinaman pissed on the shaq-fuing rug. Great movie. There's a little bit of the Dude in all of us, so I must say that, "You're out of your element Lootr2Core". Sorry, love the movie

*Edit* Oh, now I see your response, and more power to you for watching it so many times.

Well I mean sealed Marvel vs. Capcom 2 alone goes for 50+ on ebay, so the xbox would really just be 120 with Fatal Frame, which is still a good deal.

It is a good deal, but (my experience) the stuff that sells quick on ebay is the stuff that SEEMS like a good deal but really isn't instead of the actual good deals that DON't seem like a good deal (simply because of price) but actually are great deals. If someone is buying an xbox for the first time they may not know how xbox live really needs a headset, and loooks better with the component video.. they just want an xbox games, controller.

Thanks for all of the advice, guys. I am EBay n00b Numero Uno- the psyche of the place as a whole is a bit confusing to me. If I don't sell it here I may relist it, taking into account all of your advice.

As The Dude says, "Some new shit has come to light, man..."

DUDE
C'mon man, who're you gonna believe?
Those guys are--we dropped off the
damn money--

LEBOWSKI
WHAT?!

DUDE
I--the royal we, you know, the
editorial--I dropped off the money,
exactly as per--Look, I've got certain
information, certain things have
come to light, and uh, has it ever
occurred to you, man, that given the
nature of all this new shit, that,
uh, instead of running around blaming
me, that this whole thing might just
be, not, you know, not just such a
simple, but uh--you know?

LEBOWSKI
What in God's holy name are you
blathering about?

DUDE
I'll tell you what I'm blathering
about! I got information--new shit
has come to light and--shit, man!
She kidnapped herself!

Lebowski stares at him, dumbstruck. The Dude is encouraged.

DUDE
Well sure, look at it! Young trophy
wife, I mean, in the parlance of our
times, owes money all over town,
including to known pornographers--
and that's cool, that's cool-- but
I'm saying, she needs money, and of
course they're gonna say they didn't
get it 'cause she wants more, man,
she's gotta feed the monkey, I mean--
hasn't that ever occurred to you...?
Sir?

LEBOWSKI
(quietly)
No. No Mr. Lebowski, that had not
occurred to me.

BRANDT
That had not occurred to us, Dude.

DUDE
Well, okay, you're not privy to all
the new shit, so uh, you know, but
that's what you pay me for. Speaking
of which, would it be possible for
me to get my twenty grand in cash?
I gotta check this with my accountant
of course, but my concern is that,
you know, it could bump me into a
higher tax--

LEBOWSKI
Brandt, give him the envelope.

DUDE
Well, okay, if you've already made
out the check. Brandt is handing
him a letter-sized envelope which is
distended by something inside.

BRANDT
We received it this morning.

The Dude, frowning, untucks its flap, takes out some cotton
wadding and unrolls it.

LEBOWSKI
Since you have failed to achieve,
even in the modest task that was
your charge, since you have stolen
my money, and since you have
unrepentantly betrayed my trust.

The wadding, undone, reveals a smaller wad of gauze taped up
inside. The Dude undoes the tape with his fingernails and
starts to unroll the inner package.

LEBOWSKI
I have no choice but to tell these
bums that they should do whatever is
necessary to recover their money
from you, Jeffrey Lebowski. And
with Brandt as my witness, tell you
this: Any further harm visited upon
Bunny, shall be visited tenfold upon
your head.

Between thumb and forefinger the Dude holds up the contents
of the package--a little toe, with emerald green nail polish.

LEBOWSKI
...By God sir. I will not abide
another toe.

with (2) feedback, i REALLY suggest taking a picture of all the stuff. Not only does it make it look more "wow" it also shows that you have the product

Trust me you... ebayers know EXACTLY how rare games are.

Indeed they do........

May I suggest if this doesn't go through that you split up your items then instead of one whole package?

I know it's a little more inconvenient, but you may even make more money that way

I am actually getting a surprising amount of email from trustworthy EBayers who are still interested in buying. I might be OK here...

Not a bad deal really just like every one said already. Myself was looking for an Xbox but not for that much. I didn't want all the extras just the Xbox, Controller, cables and maybe a game to start with. Good Luck though
