I know Judgment was a game with gold back in April and I got it then.  Someone was going to give me a code for it but I said I don't need it.  Does anyone know if any other GOW were games with gold?  When its gold I always "purchase" the game but don't always download them. Thanks.

1 (Dec 1-15, 2013), 3 (Jul 16-31, 2015) and Judgment (Apr 1-15, 2015) were GwG.

Gears 1, Gears 3 and Judgement have been GWG in the past.

As long as they say you've purchased them even without downloading, they're yours.

Thanks a lot Bloomy. I tried to figure it out by checking online and then looking at my download history but wasn't sure.

They probably could actually. Whoever pm'd them wanting the codes might not know about this part of the forum at all. Heck I've been here 10 years and didn't notice this section existed until the other day. But I can't prove it just some of the timing of when people post the codes then people posting the same exact games shortly after.
