I used a code one time for a game I didn't own but it was from a list of unlabeled/surprise codes that people had replied they had gotten Fable III stuff from (I do own Fable III). When I reedeemed one and it was for a Kinect game, and I don't even own a kinect, I felt like crap about it. I still feel bad, but there was no way of knowing! Feels good to get that off my chest, I felt like such an unintentional jerk. :)

Agreed. Maybe this will convince him to buy the game used. Does it really matter. Unless the original poster of that code is upset. which I don't think he or she is. Its either that or a lurker.

You post a code in the open its free for all first come first serve. Your not going to spend 5 minutes trying to find out if you have the game. because in less than a minute its gone.

The only issue anybody should have is a a person not telling you they have used the code. But that's just my opinion.
