In all honesty, it's not worth paying for. It's just early access to uncommon guns - you still have to be LVL 5 to get them. I don't think I ever used any of them. It does also come with a player emblem, but I've only seen like one or two people use it (the ones online for free or in-game are 'cooler,' imo).
