I think the best way is in the xbox deals thread with a few mystery letter/numbers with clues

doesn't guarantee an active member gets it but it greatly increases the chances imo

Since the last Gears drop got lurked, it reminded me I have a set of Gears 1-3 plus Judgment that I don't need and can give away.

I will most certainly enjoy it, I have a couple days off yet so this is a welcoming surprise. The only thing I can offer in return is the humbling imagery of me stumbling like a manic fiend trying to guess the "?". A total facepalm moment, sadly worth the momentary loss in dignity. lol
