I have my black Xbox 360 Elite for sale. Its never been modded or has ever red ringed. Just got a PS3 and prefer it instead. It comes with everything (wired controller, wires and power cord) but the 120gb hard drive. I will throw in a 516mb memory card and a 6ft long ethernet cable. I will handle all shipping on the deal.
