Just noticed XBox Jedi Academy at Bestbuy.com for $19.99; in the past weeks, I've seen it used at EBgames for $44.99 used and $49.99 new at Blockbuster.

Can't confirm this for B&M (everywhere around me is OOS), but it seems like a very good deal to me.
