Xbox Kinect Bundles

Do you know if the 360 Kinect Bundles ship with the power cable needed for connecting it to old consoles?
I am buying a new 360 and my brother offered to pay the difference for a Kinect one and keep it for his old 360.

Well it wouldn't really make any sense to ship the adapter with a bundle considering they assume you're using it with the xbox in the bundle (which is the slim model and doesn't need the adapter). If you buy the Kinect sensor by itself it does come with the adapter.
