A friend of mine offered to sell me his unused XBOX LIVE 4000 points for $30. is this a good deal & if not what should I offer him? I know what they go for in the store but you guys have seen all the deals out & I don't really need the points ASAP so was wondering if it's worth it at that price?

He's one of those friends that "has everything" because his parents just buy him more gaming stuff than he knows what to do with. I was just wondering if most of you guys here would pay $30 for it or would be able to get a better deal down the road.

I don't really need the points but if $30 is a steal in your opinion, then I'll probably give him the $30 unless you think I should offer him like $20 or $25. how much would you offer your friend if he had a 4000 points card that he just wanted to get rid of?????
 
$30 tax free is a steal for this. If I were selling it to a friend, I would charge no less than that and both parties are winning.. Go for it.
