xbox live card

Hey guys, I need to buy a live card but I've read some stories about people accidentally scratching off the numbers.

My question is, how easy is it to mess up a card? and is there a better deal for a year of live than the camera package. Amazon has it for $66 and its

camera
1 year of live
250 MS points
couple live games.

Thoughts?

Other than the 1600 for $5 if you preorder halo 3 not that i know of. And it isnt that hard to mess up...Just dont over scratch. Its basically a lotto ticket

I have not had any trouble with it, but a friend of mine did scratch it off to hard making him unable to read some numbers. He called microsoft and had to send them the card in the mail and he got another one back in like a month.
