Yes, seriously. I don't think anybody's posted this yet, but I can't say I blame them.

If I've ever said that the DOTW offer couldn't get any worse in the past (and I'm pretty sure I have), I take it back. Normally retailing for 250 points, it's dropped a whopping 90 points! Save $1.13 on a theme that was released with the debut of NXE!

Do you mean the Citadel theme for ME, or does the PH version of the game have it's own special theme that ppl can't even buy?

Does this mean that anything on XBL that costs money is eligible for the DotW, not just game related stuff? What's next, a discount off a XBL movie rental? Or how about a discount on a gamertag change? Sheesh.

The latter - it's on the bonus disc the PH Mass Effect ships with (along with Bring Down the Sky, gamerpics, and a ton of documentaries and music) and installed from there. I don't believe this is for sale on the Marketplace, although that could always change in the future.

If you ask me, that's much cooler than the Halo 3 theme. :)

I agree...It has been my theme since I bought the Platinum Hits version. I absolutely love it.
 
I love mass effect and that premium theme I didn't know existed. I was told by a friend that works @ gamestop that it was a theme. Now I find out it's a premium theme so it's worth getting now and I don't own the game so it fits perfectly. Also, when is the penny arcade episode 2 going to be deal of the week? Am waiting on it..not this theme
 
I love how you can't see at least 50% of the NXE themes due to all the menus and boxes that cover them up.

Wait, you regularly come to CAG, and yet you pay 60 dollars a year for Live membership? What's wrong with you? There's 12 or 13 month Live Subscription cards on sale all the time for around $33 or so. The only reason I haven't bought one in the last year or so of sales is because I'm already paid up to March 2011. I figure I should wait a while before getting more. Certainly no one who comes to CAG should be paying $60 a year.

IIRC during the last sale they had half a dozen games slashed 50% off. Sony looks like they'd rather have solid discounts a few times a year rather than having people bitch about filler sales like this one.
